If something is missing from your box, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra charge.

Check for missing parts by looking at the first page of the instructions, which shows every item you should already have in the box to complete the project.

If any parts are missing, go to your My Account dashboard, click into any individual toy you have already received, then request your free replacement parts! If you have further questions contact [email protected].
