I need help with one of your “Ready-to-Play” toysUpdated 9 hours ago

CrunchLabs recently launched Ready-to-Play toys (e.g. The Crunchinator, Squirrel Dash Game, Elephant Toothpaste Blast, Hoover Ring Blaster, Slime Prank Lab, Turbo Trick Planes, and Egg Drop Challenge) in stores such as Walmart, Target, and Amazon, via our partnership with Moose Toys.

If you have an issue with a toy you bought from one of those retailers, please reach out to the original retailer for assistance (CrunchLabs is unfortunately not able to assist here, as we were not involved in that original sale).

If you purchased the toy from our website (crunchlabs.com):

1. For questions and troubleshooting, please email [email protected].

2. For detailed FAQs and replacement parts, please head to https://www.moosetoys.com/support/crunchlabs. 

3. If you need to make a return to us:

   1. Initiate your return by emailing [email protected].

   2. Only new, unopened ready-to-play toys can be returned. Once items are received and pass inspection, we will initiate a refund via your original payment method. You have up to 90 days (after placing your order) to initiate a return and refund. You may be required to pay for shipping.

   3. If the product is faulty, our team will follow up with you re: photos requests, etc.
